Description: Parcels layer spatially joined with special assessment case information from Cityworks via a python script. The feature class is used in a public web application for searching properties for any Special Assessments incurred on a property. Provides a property-centric view of City-assessed Code Enforcement fees that supports public inquiry tools, internal workflows, and reporting needs.The feature class is updated twice every day. The feature class reflects fees accrued for code violations on a 2 week(14-day) interest.This parcel layer represents properties within the City of Independence that may be associated with City-assessed Code Enforcement fees.
